It's that time of year again! Spring means warm weather, cold drinks and lots of outdoor festivals. The Inman Park Festival will take place April 29th & 30th in one of Atlanta's oldest, most scenic neighborhoods. The festival is described as the "most-spirited and eclectic", as well as, "Atlanta's Favorite Street Festival." Here's 5 things that we love to do at the festival.
1. Tour of Homes
One of the most unique events that the Inman Park Festival offers is the Tour of Homes. This allows visitors to guide themselves through the historic Victorian homes and buildings of the beautiful Inman Park neighborhood. You do not want to miss seeing these!
2. Explore the Arts & Crafts Market
The Inman Park Festival features more than 150 artists and 250 booths of vendors selling unique antiques and hand-crafted trinkets. Take a stroll through the market and admire the beauty and talent.. maybe you'll find that perfect addition to your living room that you've been looking for?
3. Live Music with a Treat
The best way to enjoy live music at an outdoor festival is with a cold treat, right? Make sure you grab a yummy King of Pops popsicle and vibe out to the wide variety of music the festival offers.
4. Parade Watching
You absolutely can't miss out on the festival parade! There are tons of different, unique groups and teams that make up the parade, which gives it the title "most eclectic." This is perfect for the whole family!
5. Margaritas at PURE Taqueria
When you're ready for a break, be sure to stop in at PURE Taqueria Inman Park for the best margarita and guac in town.
