Find your finest red, white, and blue attire, because the Fourth of July is just around the corner! We scoured the metro Atlanta area to find where fireworks and Independence Day festivities are happening near you.

LenoxLenox Square has been throwing their annual Fourth of July party for over 55 years. This year they’ll blast off 10,000 fireworks during a 15 minute pyrotechnic show. Before the works, they’ll be musical entertainment, including Party on the Moon. They played at President Obama’s Inauguration Ball, and if that isn’t patriotic enough, we don’t know is.

Decatur – You can enjoy an entire evening of Independence Day fun, before the first firework takes off. The festivities begin with the Pied Piper Parade, where any one is welcome to join in. After the parade, there will be a concert at Decatur Square, featuring the Callanwolde Concert Band. Once the sun sets, fireworks will begin, most likely around 9PM.

Marietta – Starting at 10AM, Marietta Square has a full day of patriotic fun. The parade alone is expected to bring in 30,000 onlookers. There will also be an arts and crafts show, museum tours, live music, a carnival, and of course, end of the day fireworks. With so much to do, this stop is definitely a family affair.

Centennial Park – If bigger is better in your book, then Centennial Olympic Park’s Fourth of July Celebration is for you. It boasts the largest fireworks display in the Southeast. Before the show, there will be entertainment from Montell Jordan, J-Fly, and friends. But if you’re looking to avoid the crowd, you can watch the entire celebration live on WSB-TV.
